The Youth Symphony of Kansas City is the premier orchestra program of its kind in the Kansas City Metro Area. While many area schools offer music instruction, most do not provide a full orchestra experience across multiple grade and ability levels. The experiences kids receive in Youth Symphony positively impact area school music programs and encourage positive relationships between peers and adults.
Our vision is to be the program of choice for dedicated music students in the region, creating unique and transformative opportunities, resulting in a lifelong passion for music. We seek to challenge, educate and inspire students through meaningful and enriching musical experiences.

During this process, we had the best time getting real photos of our organization and students for the new site. Inviting our student musicians to join in our professional photoshoot allowed us to truly showcase our personality and share our joy with the community.
